Stock Availability: Every effort is made to ensure stock availability. Please confirm stock before placing order. Replacement of similar item is preferred or back orders are accepted

Acknowledgement: All imprinting and embroidery orders are acknowledged by fax or e-mail only. Orders are non-cancelable once production has begun.
Rush Order: Rush orders are available and determined case by case at no additional charge. Please call our customer representative for detail. Written confirmation by MII is required.
Changes on Order: Changes are accepted only by writing and if production has not began.
Cancellation on Order: Catalog Stock Items - No cancellation is accepted after order is in production. 15% restocking fee apply for cancelled order, plus any sample or setup fee, and must be in writing and received at MII on non-decorated goods. For Non-Catalog or Custom Order Items are considered firm after order confirmation and sample approval (if required).
Co-op Pricing: Co-op pricing is available if minimum requirements are met, and is determined case by case. Please call your account manager for details.
Production Time: Allow 7-15 days for normal production on imprinted or embroidery goods after sample approval and deposit. Custom overseas production is approximately 60-90 days after sample approval and deposit. Blank in stock items are shipped within 24 hours.
Repeat Order: Please specify pervious order date, invoice number, and logo description. Written confirmation is still required. Reset-up charge of $35/color[R] on imprint orders
Over/Under Runs: Allowance up to 2% chargeable over run or 2% under run for imprinted or embroidered goods. Factory reserves the right not to print the balance.
Less Than Minimum Orders: Up to 20% additional charge can apply for orders are less than the minimum quantities published on the price list.
Terms: Deposit or Prepayment is required on all imprinting or embroidery or Custom Overseas orders. Balance is due before shipping, or Net-Term up to approved credit amount.
Visa/Master Card, American Express, checks are accepted. If paying with a credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be added to your order.
Restrictions may apply.

Catalog Style Spec. Sample: Reproduction sample is highly recommended, although is not required. Customers are responsible for production accuracy if sample is waived. Allow about 5-days for sample production. Sample is charged at unit price, set up charge ($50[R]) or tape charge ($20 per 1,000 stitches [R]) plus freight.
Custom Style Spec. Sample: Overseas custom sample is at $250[R] and can be credited towards orders of $10,000 or more if confirmed within 90 days. Samples are marked "sample / not for resale" as required by US customs. Allow 2-4 weeks for overseas pre-production sample.
Blank Sample: In stock blank sample orders should be by fax. Prices are at unit price plus freight charges.
Paper Proof: Paper proof for imprint orders are at no charge. For embroidery samples, digitizing fee will apply. Signed approval is required prior actual production.
Screen Charge: $83.33[R] per color based on camera ready artwork provided to GS.
Artwork: Camera-ready artwork by mail is required. E-mail is also accepted. Or $35[R] per hour artwork charge will apply. One hour minimum charge.
Type Setting: $30[R]. Please confirm pricing for special fonts or designs.
PMS: PMS color matching is available at $16.67[R] per color match. Every effort will be made to match PMS color(s), exact color match is not guaranteed.
Print Size: Sizes will be provided with paper proof. Best-fit size will be used if not specified.
Embroidery: Laser quality artwork is preferred by mail or E-mail. Tape charge is at $20[R] per 1,000 stitches. Minimum of $40[R] per logo.
Format: Electronic artwork format are accept in the following PC Format: DST files for digitized embroidery. BMP, TIF, GIF, ESP, AI, JPG files for imprinting. Macintosh formats are also acceptable.
